- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide great affordable prices with excellent quality. We have a special right now 2 areas for only $125. We also have 10% off for veterans and seniors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I tend to first get the info on the job they need serviced, example "I need 4 rooms cleaned". I then ask if there is any pet urine or odor that needs to be serviced, I also ask what's the main concern in regards to cleaning it that way we can properly address the floors or whatever the situation may be that way we can handle it accordingly. That way we meet every customers need and expectations and leave them happy and satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am iicrc certified meaning I took the courses and got the creditials to not only be knowledgeable in tbe field but know how to provide a solution for every problem.
