They’re the worst in the valley. They gave me a 20 minute window to be ready for their specialist and he showed up when i was in the middle of something (I don’t understand why can’t they just give a specific time). I had to drop everything I was doing to attend the guy.
He didn’t diagnose anything… I mean didn’t check the wiring, nothing. Just looked around for a minute and quoted me a huge amount to replace the breakers, even more if I wanted the wiring redone. No actual work done, just a guess and a big price tag.
I called someone else after and the real job took like 15 minutes for a fraction of the cost.
Then the calls started. I asked multiple times to stop calling. The rep said she’d note it and I’d be left alone. That was a lie. They call me almost every day, mostly as early as 8am and text message spams.
DO NOT give these people your contact info. You’ll regret it.
