I am very happy with the service from Alex. He arrived during the timeframe I was given and was able to fix my washer very quickly. My washer wouldn’t drain so he also explained what happened and how it can be prevented in the future which was very helpful. I’ve used this company twice now, last year for my dryer and now my washer and both times they fixed the problem very quickly. I will continue to use them for future issues. Thank you!

The pro actually showed up early & looked over the problem with my washing machine, said he would order the parts. I was contacted that the parts were in& made an appointment for installation. The pro was on time & I was late. Fuse contacted me & the pro waited 15 minutes for me to arrive. The job was looked, parts ordered & completed within 3 days. I recommend them & soul hire them again!

They reached out right away. Tech knew the problem was a recurring issue with my washer model - said even with OEM replacement part, it would likely happen again before long because of inferior electronic components. This echoed what other washer owners posted online. Tech gave me option to have a third party replace the electronic components with higher quality ones, so I went with that option. Hope it lasts. Took a week to get the electronics done and back into washer.
