- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For me it's not about high profit, or highest financial gain possible; it's about FAIR Compensation for the quality of work and performance that I deliver. FAIR for all involved, is a win for all; can't go wrong, and it wins me the most bids. My pricing is very reasonable and has been indicated by Thumbtack to be the lowest and most affordable, as far as I can see on the website, and definitely for the quality of my services. I love performing and I do my best to obtain contracts so that I may book as much as possible - Every weekend, weekdays included!! I feel Every booking is a Blessing, and I Do My Best at every phase, and for Every Single Event!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sometimes it begins with an email, others simply CALL ME STRAIGHT AWAY!! A phone call gives an immediate feel for who I am, my passion and professionalism, what my services entail, and our compatibility as well. It is a true feel, and Takes Less Time than emailing back and forth. Once the client has decided to hire me, we conduct a quick 2 minute phone call for me to gather final details about the client and the event for me to draft and email a contract. There is a $100 deposit required upon written agreement, payable thru Venmo, PayPal, Gpay, Cash App or by written check via USPS. The contract becomes official when the deposit is received. With so much music nowadays, the next step may be for the client to put together a music list, usually encouraged. I will remain available for consultation, any further communication, and FLEXIBLE for any specific concerns or necessities for the event that may arise. Finally, I present myself at the venue to do my Very Best to Highly Satisfy and help Create the Most Fun and Memorable event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.A. in Liberal Arts (including Drama, Speech, Music Appreciation, and Humanities), plus 58 graduate units . I have been performing professionally, live, since age fifteen. First as an ametuer contestant & consistent contest winner, then professional dancer, and subsequently, as a Talented stand-out DJ. I have played in a band as well. I have taught drama and have directed many talent shows while being the sound tech as well.
