She is the only one who has done an excellent job with my dog!!! And my dog likes it because he is happy. I looked for several places but they did not want him because he was not very friendly and with Michelle my dog feels good. 🐩🤗

She showed a comfort with our pet and worked with his energy. Went beyond the service with care. Very hot day and she worked with our Neighborhood, narrow street. Had her own supplies. Our dog left the mobile grooming vehicle happy. She responded to my concerns and was thankful for our business. We are looking forward to our next service.Grateful for the service too.

Michelle with All Creatures Animal Grooming is amazing! My dog is a biter, diabetic, low grade heart murmur, blind, and hard of hearing. I always paid close to $400.00 to have sedation grooming for him. Michelle was able to groom him even with his aggression. She was so patient and took her time with him. Now he is on schedule to be bathed and groomed monthly! I would highly recommend Michelle-All Creatures Animal Grooming.

Michelle was very polite and keep you updatedwith your appointment. She came to my house and it took just a little over an hour to groom my dog. I like the cut she gave my dog and looked amazing. I like the fact she is mobile. And reasonable too. Respond will quick too. I highly recommend this dog groomer.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You get what you pay for, the more extensive (intricate, detailed) the groom the higher the cost as well as travel distance, mobile grooming is slightly higher than a walk in salon due to vehicle and unit maintenance
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to start with a formal introduction with the pet before I begin the grooming. I want to be your pets friend. I also let the client see the inside of the Grooming unit so they know their pet is safe and in good hands
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Brusher bather, salon safety, sanitation certification, 2 yrs on the job training with 2 local grooming salon owners with over 20 years experience
