I cannot express enough how much Rachel helped make our wedding come together and run smoothly! She was wonderful to work with along the way. She always thinks of the finest details, knows how to problem solve, & is extremely efficient with finding vendors or new resources if something doesn’t go as planned. On my wedding day the weather was bouncing back and forth from sunny and windy to rainy and windy. Rachel was able to make the most beautiful set up and still have everything go as we discussed in our meetings even with the challenges she faced. I highly recommend if you want to be able to be relaxed on your wedding day but have someone support your vision and make sure everything runs smoothly to hire the curated collective team.

Hiring Rachel was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. She was professional, collected, friendly, and an amazing calm coordinator to have on our side. She made sure the morning of was stress free for the bride and groom and made sure set up was beautiful through out the day! We adored working with her and can’t imagine our day with out her guidance!

Rachel did an excellent job of jumping in as I required a last minute day-of event coordinator for a 50+ person corporate event. Rachel was helpful, asked relevant questions and was flexible and calm as event needs changed. She was even willing to help provide additional event supplies when I was unavailable to do so myself! I would definitely recommend working with Rachel for any event needs and would 100% work with her again in the future!
