Punctuality, availability, and value I give 5 stars. Quality of work is 4 stars because the pictures were very clear and skin smoothing along with the lighting came out really nice however some  pictures of the faces were distorted, blurred, a lot of blinking eyes were captured, and editing to a point the person was unrecognizable and when mentioned a couple of times I did not get a response back on. I asked for less to none of the animated special effects for the videos (full video and highlight) but still ended up getting it. As for professionalism, I give 2 stars. Though the photographers and videographers were kind, trying to upsell more work that could be done and photo albums in the middle of the functions happening and to my guests was not something that I was fond. Also, selling my video and pictures to my family without my knowledge i found inappropriate and it was not agreed upon within our contract. All the pictures and full video that was given to me that I paid the services for were also sold to someone else. So unfortunately I will not be using their services again.

Great work!! We got family portraits done by AB24 Digital and they were awesome!! Loved the embossed jewelry 3D special effect!! Highly recommended!!
