- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes flat rates with frequency discounts. Flat rates include standard pricing and may change upon initial walk through.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with scheduling a 5-10 minute phone call to discuss booking details to confirm the booking through our booking portal. Once information has been collected and payment method is secured, a confirmation will be sent out with all details. The day of cleaning we reach out to confirm arrival time with client to ensure it is convenient for them. After cleaning we conclude with a walk through with the client and collect a signature stating satisfaction of cleaning. We will not leave without the signature or ensuring the client is satisfied. If the client is unable to conduct walk through, they will have 24 hours to submit any re-clean requests, in accordance to the booking details. Customer satisfaction is guaranteed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My military experience has sharpened my attention to detail skills and has enabled me to work with integrity and pride in any field I work with. I have plenty of leadership training and I can apply the safety training I’ve completed in the military to this line of work.
