Sarah Cleaning Service is how it should when it comes to interacting with customers and level/quality of work. I have had housekeeping services since 2005 at prior home and current home but have never had such a positive experience with any other service provider… and I have had quite a few housekeepers/housekeeping services employed by me over that time period. From initial interview/walk through to completing services, no one has been as punctual, responsive, dedicated to customer service, communication oriented, not affected by unexpected messes/extra work, took as much pride in their work and strived for perfect, was attentive/always mindful of rules and requirements, as good with pets, always used right products and had quality/reliable tools, focused on work constantly while performing services and not on phones, gave me a sense of value/made me feel like I was getting what I paid for, and on and on… Give them a shot, I am confident that you will not regret it.
