- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I take pride in being straight forward and honest about our pricing. I’m a firm believer in Karma. So no hidden fees upon arrival. Who likes surprised chargers? NO ONE ha
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all the introduction. Typically I make Small talk of their removal situation and just getting to know them in general. Ima people first, then business after person. We are family owned, so we make it our business to treat the customer as so:)

Over 20 years of Class A driving and over 20 years of hard labor and customer service.
