Juan and his team have a super fast and affordable quote to haul our 7 piece sectional away. I contacted him at noon and five hours later he arrived as promised to get the job done very efficiently. I leaned he also does tree trimming and removal. I highly recommend.

• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  No we don't it depends on the size of the job and how long it's going to take etc.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Customer service is number 1. So typically a customer calls me, we set up an appoitment to go see the work they want done. I like to know a little bit about the customer so we talk, then from there we take a look at the work and I put in my bid. My new customers are always happy with the work we do.

• How did you get started doing this type of work?

  I use to work for a company that would clean out foreclosed homes. Decided to get my own business going.
