- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer both Flat Rate and hourly rate quotes based on the size of your move.We also offer competitive pricing with no additional or hidden fees and offer 10% off for senior citizen 55 yrs or older.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new customers will be given a full breakdown of there move so they are clear of the process moving forward with there move. We take great pride in making sure we are transparent with are first time customers it is important to us that they understand the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 yrs experience in the transporting industry there is nothing that would surprise me or my staff we are extremely trained to handle any situation we are put in. Being that we are family owned an operated we have kept the same staff the last 15 yrs so we know each others strengths very well an that is very valuable an good to have out in the field.
