Steven with Westfield Landscape & Tree Care did a great job on my yard today and even hauled away some palm fronds in my yard that he didn’t have to. I am very pleased with his work and I will continue to employ him for my yard care services.

I had Steven remove 5 hazardous fir trees on my property that were going to harm my house. He did an amazing job and did it professionally. I will definitely recommend him.

Did a partial job, which was poorly done. He didn’t bring the right equipment even after seeing the size of the trees before starting. Trimmer who ended up completing the job stated that this guy did not know what he was doing. Steven stated he would call me back when he was able to complete the job. He didn’t call back. I finally contacted him and he said he would not be able to complete the work for over a month, and recommended finding someone else. I asked if he could please recommend someone that he thought could handle the job, and he said he would, but never did. He just left me hanging with no help. Just super disappointing. Only good thing about this experience is that he didn’t charge for small amount of work he was able to do.

I could not finish this job due to my first child being born early and Michele was understanding and congratulated me. I stated I will let her know when I’m available after delivery to compete this job. After a week we were still in labor and informed her that I won’t be able to finish this job anytime soon with clear communication. She did ask for recommendations and I said I will reference someone when I know is worthy of doing quality work. She did not state that she needed this done in urgent manner and was understanding in person. The next day decided to write this review, very misleading and confusing. I did half the work which cost me $800 in labor cost and did not charge her a dime when I also dumped three trailer full of debris costing me an additional $300 in dump fees and still decided to leave me a bad review.
