I'm 64 years young and have a bad knee. I get the greatest workout with Andre and Forever Fit. In just 2 months I'm down 3 pounds and the best part I feel great and my knee does not bother me at all. I traded in my GB3 membership to workout with Coach Andre. Try it for one month. It's addicting.
