- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At DuctBros Air, we easily beat most of the HVAC providers in "cost to customers", why? For a couple of reasons: 1. We abhor price gouging 2. We genuinely want to help people 3. And we have low overhead, so that means less out-of-pocket cost passed down to the consumer
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At DuctBros Air, our process is pretty straightforward. Step 1. Make contact and schedule an in-person visit, inspection, and evaluation of existing equipment and required work to be performed. Step 2. Come to an agreement that satisfies the customer's desire AND needs. Step 3. Schedule install date Step 4. Install and complete work Step 5. Customer and DuctBros Air depart as friends, and we ride off into the sunset to the tune of Journey's "Don't stop Believing."
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Here at DuctBros Air, we have experienced the entirety of the HVAC industry from installation, maintenance and technical repair, to sales. You could say that, "we know a thing or two because we've seen a thing a thing or two."
