Isidro Perez was very professional from the 1st time I spoke to him. I received my residential plans on a timely matter. In my opinion it was well worth every penny for all the work he did for me.

He portrayed himself as an architect and successfully convinced me to engage in a project through phone and email conversations. Trusting his expertise, I made significant efforts to support him and provide him with an opportunity to complete my small restaurant project. He assured me that he had a plan to finish the project, but unfortunately, he consistently failed to meet deadlines. Even the initial submission of the project has not been approved yet. Despite having started working on the project in January 2023, he has encountered setbacks twice, resulting in the city ordering resubmission of the plan. Shockingly, he displayed a lack of initiative in making the necessary corrections within the designated timeframe. It appears that he lacks the competence required to fulfill his duties as an architect. What exacerbates the situation is the financial aspect. He charged me an initial fee of $2475, followed by an additional payment of $5775 even before the plan was approved, yet he has not fulfilled his obligations. Moreover, he made me bear the cost of resubmitting the plan. As a consumer, I initially believed it was my responsibility to cover the resubmission fee, but in reality, it was his failure in both the initial and subsequent plans that necessitated this expense.
