Rivera Bros. worked on several areas of our home over three months – kitchen, floors, bathroom. They installed tile throughout our home, including floors, fireplace, bathtub/shower, and backsplashes in kitchen and bathroom. From their initial visit, we knew they were professional, honest, and friendly. Their attention to details is unparalleled – from prepping, laying the tile, edges, grout – everything was done with such care and pride. What we appreciated most was how clean and considerate they were – from removing our old flooring and tile to their day-to-day work – they always prepped surrounding areas and cleaned up. This was such a breath of fresh air compared to other contractors who were working in our house. They worked around other contractors’ projects and our hectic schedules. Communication was always timely – email, text and phone calls. They kept up posted on the status and issues that came up. No matter how busy they were (with other projects), we always felt like we were a priority because they’d take time to chat. Great customer service! They offered good design suggestions – always thoughtful about our taste and budget. We look forward to having them back for the final phase of our remodel.

Jose and his crew did a very beautiful job setting the tile floor. They were very professional and completed the job very fast! They are trustworthy and know exactly what they are doing, I can’t wait to have them return to do the bathrooms!
