I had Tod install a whole house filter off of my well. He was responsive (very important), knowledgeable and friendly. He took inventory of every part I needed to complete the job and then he actually took the time to research all the parts and best filters for me at the best price. I was able to order all the parts quickly and easily myself, and at a steep discount. Once the parts arrived, Tod was there within 24 hours to install the entire system. I feel that I got a much better system than any other plumbing company was able to offer and at over $1,000 less than any comparable quote. Best experience I have ever had with a plumber. I will be using him again.

Tod was referred to me by my grandaughter. She, odviously was happy with his performance. I had a complex plumbing probl that required wall removal. Tod quickly analyzed the problem, purchased all parts required, and had me going asap.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All work is quoted based on billable hours plus material. Some projects incur added risk which bill at a higher rate than simple projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I personally visit every site to discuss the customers needs. I keep them informed about how the job is proceeding; and I always give my customers the opportunity to provide feedback so that I can continue to improve my services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Journeyman Plumber #108 (City of Fresno)... Certified Journeyman Plumber Local Union #246 (retired)... 28 years total experience in commercial/residential plumbing.
