I’m delighted with the final product, hot water from a new, professionally installed water heater. The people at Sierra Line, Jessica and Marc, are wonderful to work with. Everything from start to finish, vender/bid selection to warranty registration, went smoothly. At a very reasonable price, a new,, cleanly-installed water heater now quietly resides in the corner of our garage, doing its job.

Jessica and Mark were very communicative, honest, and a delight to work with. They were patient in answering any questions I had and their prices are very fair. They provided estimates quickly and gave me options to choose from. They also made sure I was able to replace my old water heater before I had guests arriving at the house so I didn't have to cancel any reservations in my vacation rental. I especially appreciated Jessica's proactiveness when she saw my house was unlocked and wasn't supposed to be and helped me feel secure knowing my home was safe. She went above and beyond because she understands how important our homes are. My new water heater works perfectly without any issues! I trust them and will call them for any future plumbing needs!

We bought a new house and needed some work done under the kitchen sink. As soon as Mark saw the project he immediately recognized it was a mess and knew what needed to be done. He still took a look under the house to see if there was anything else he needed to consider. We’re very happy with our update. Mark was professional and left the workspace clean. We will call Sierra Line Plumbing again and recommend to our friends and family!

Great job completing disposal replacement project in a timely manner. I contacted them on a Saturday night and they came out Sunday morning. Ran into a small obstacle with the project that they were able to quickly overcome. Excellent problem solving skills. Highly recommend this team.
