I was moving out of my apartment and needed help cleaning the carpet to get my deposit back. He was very detailed and got some dirty spots from my pet I couldn’t get out myself. He was in and out in about an hour and a half came with professional heavy duty machines and got the job done. I had other companies come out before for a clean but they weren’t as thorough and their machine only did simple front and back pushes and Cortez Carpet Cleaning used a machine I’ve never seen before that’s moved in circles like brushing and extracting at the same time which maybe why it cut the clean time so much and got it done better than the others
I also want to say he offered moving help too he has a big truck where my one room and living room items fit and he was able to do both carpet clean and move for far less than what I would have paid for 2 separate services
