Leo was quick to respond to my post, went to the property in less than 30 minutes and was able to fix the issue quickly. He was very communicative, sent pictures, and the tenant is happy. I didn’t personally see the work but I have to assume it was done well because of his professionalism in communication and the photo he sent to me
