Very prompt reply! I was scheduled for a walkthrough the same day. Very friendly and professional tech, Naser was amazing and made sure I understood what all would need to be done and why. He replaced all outlets in my home to GFCI and also updated some wiring and installed a ceiling fan. They have been amazing to work with.

I reached out to Mr Electric on this platform and my overall experience has been awesome. I had another contractor do some electrical work on the house sometime back and started seeing issues with his work. Alex came to install our EV wall unit and did an amazing job. He also suggested that we update our garage lights as to meet code and was very efficient. We were impressed that he could do both in such a short time. The wiring looks very neat and is definitely an upgrade to our garage. Thanks Alex!

I had the pleasure of having Juan come out to fix a very strange electrical problem in my kitchen. He was right on time, and took the time to explain the steps he was taking to diagnose the problem and what it would take to fix the issue once diagnosed. Even though the issue wasn’t initially fixed as we thought, he came back right after I told him the issue returned and thoughtfully narrowed things down until he determined the problem - without having to cut through any drywall or anything 😊 I’ve never had to hire an electrician so I don’t know if it was a “great deal” but Juan was so pleasant and had such an incredible work ethic, that the experience was far less stressful than it would have been otherwise, and I had total faith in him fixing us all up just based on his dedication to both client satisfaction as well as his own personal high standards he sets for himself. He’s young but very knowledgeable, professional and kind, and certainly has a bright 💡 future! 😁 thanks again Juan and Mr. Electric for getting my kitchen back up and running!!

I am happy I chose Mr. Electric. The first time Mike went to see the electricals of our new condo he knew right away what our problem was and was able to rectify it rather quickly. Then he did change all of my electrical outlet panels and some outlets themselves that were old and some had burn marks from the previous owner. Mike did an awesome job, quickly responded to my request, and gave me a really good deal. Together with Juan those two were awesome! We also got to chat about cats and dogs. I love talking about our furry friends. But beyond that these two made our condo much safer. Just FYI all of the outlet plates and outlets were pretty old and would've been a major fire hazard. Thanks guys. We feel safe in our new home.
