Rachelle was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, she was patient with us as we explored options to find the perfect molding for our entryway. Her attention to detail and dedication to her craft truly stood out. We’re beyond happy with the results and will definitely be hiring her for all of our future projects!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am a union carpenter, therefore I keep my union rates. I do not charge off square footage like most companies. I charge based off how much time will it take me to complete the job. I know that may sound odd to some people, and that’s ok. But it works! Customer are not overpriced, and I still receive the income I’m accustomed to. It’s a win win.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always what to understand their vision. Sometimes
homeowners don’t understand the process it takes to complete a job. Communication is key!!! After we discuss and outline the tasks involved, we will discuss materials needed, then installation day is scheduled. Any problems discovered in the process are always discussed in detail.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified finish carpenter. With a 4 year vocational certificate. I also have my AA and BA with honors from CSUF.
