Josh from Mammoth Air came to my home to repair my air conditioning unit, which had stopped working. Upon arrival, he carefully inspected the system and quickly identified that the issue was simply a tripped circuit breaker. After resetting it, my air conditioner was back up and running.Josh could have easily claimed something more serious was wrong and charged me thousands of dollars, but instead he was honest and straightforward. Tropical Heating and Air is the total package. When I moved into my new home in July of this year, on the first night I found out my shower didn’t give any hot water! I immediately called Tropical Heating and Air. Technician Moonie came out within a few hours. He diagnosed the problem with my hot water heater and had the tools and knowledge to resolve it quickly and safely. Fast-forward to the beginning of November, when the weather changed and it got so cold. I turned on my home heater for the first time and it only blew cool air. I immediately called Tropical and again they responded quickly. They came out. Found and fixed the problem and now I’m nice and warm. They are the company I know I can trust with my heating and cooling needs."See more
