I reached out to Cathy because ive suffered with anxiety for most my life. I felt frozen or heavy and when cathy brought this up I felt relieved. Cathys process was done over the internet and it felt very comfortable. I was amazed that it worked so well. Cathy was wonderful throughout this whole process. I was referred to her by a friend & although I was initially not entirely sure what the energy release work, but Cathy did an amazing job explaining the process to me. I had a remote session with Cathy for severe anxiety, & after she performed her energy release practice I have been feeling so much better. I never thought I could see results so quickly. I was worried because doing a session remote might have not been as effective, but it was quite the opposite. The effects were extremely strong. Thank you Cathy for doing amazing work!
