- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to make the process as easy as possible for all customers, but especially brand new ones. Once the customer has agreed to go with KT's Maids, we follow up with a phone call after to set a date and time that works for the customer. We then tell the customer a little about how we operate, payment methods, etc. Our final step is we send a text message the day of the cleaning to remind the customer what time we will arrive.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally worked for a large commercial cleaning company prior to owning my own cleaning service. I noticed there was a gap in the industry for companies that were large enough to handle most jobs, but also trusted like family so that is the company I am building. All of our Clean Team members,are bonded, insured, and nationally background checked. As well as periodic quality checks for all team members.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We are mostly residential based, however we do handle commercial cleaning for spaces under 5,000 square feet. We have previously worked with customers that have small 600 sq/ft office spaces, all the way up to eight bedroom 9,000 sq/ft homes.
