Our group and individual sessions are on-line via secure Zoom video from the privacy of your own home or office. Most PPO insurances cover telehealth therapy, so people are able to participate at little or no cost! At this time, we are not accepting Medi-Cal or cash-pay clients. Rebound literally changed the trajectory of my life for the better. From the initial phone call to working with my therapist, I felt validated and valued. They helped me address things in my personal life I hadn't been able to on my own, after years of agony and feeling stuck. What I found most helpful was that tele health allowed me to attend groups and individuals from my home. I am a private person and I've tried group therapy in years past. But I always felt too self conscious to really achieve much. This gave me the freedom to grow and heal without the pressure of leaving my home and talking about deeply personal matters amongst strangers. It really bridged the gap for me. I suffer from depression and anxiety. I contacted Rebound and was met with compassion and understanding. I was able to get to the root of my problem and was able to address an underlined substance abuse problem . My Therapist Tiffany made it easy for me to talk and showed me patience and understanding. We accept most PPO insurance policies; it usually pays 100% of the services we provide. We can check your insurance benefits free of charge with a simple consultation.
