I had a broken water pipe in the crawl space under the house. Favian Gonzales from Water Damage Cleanup Inc came out, put on his jumpsuit and said he would crawl into the crawl space to make sure there is no other leaks and give me an accurate estimate. Two other companies came out just looked from the opening. I appreciated Favian was willing to get himself dirty to do the job right. As it turned out, his quote was reasonable and Favian was dependable, did what he said he would do and fixed the problem quickly. Will definitely hire Favian again and refer him to my friends in the future.

We offer a discount to customers who are paying out of pocket and not filing a claim with insurance, 15% off for seniors, 20% off for US veterans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process is to start with an inspection of the home and provide an estimate for the services that need to be done. New customers will always have to provide name, address, phone number and an email address.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 14 years of experience in the Restoration industry. Certified by the IICRC Institute of inspection cleaning and restoration certification.
