- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly price is $100 per hour, minimum 2 hours and a $50 fuel fee. This includes 2 man labor, 26' box truck rental, unlimited miles, fuel (local moves only), moving blanks to protect your furniture, straps, dollies and plastic wrap for delicate items. I would like to earn your business and will do anything in my power to accommodate your needs. Please note: Payment method is cash, cashier's check or credit cards (all credit cards transactions are subject to a 4% bank fee of total invoice)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please have the confidence that your move is very important to us as it is to you. Whether you are moving out of state or locally, we are the right movers for you! With us you get no hidden fees or unwanted surprises, all agreements whether verbal or written are on paper.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is well trained and professional and not to mention we have over 5 years experience in the industry. I am a small Christian family company that has been around for 5 years and can happily say 60% of my business comes from referrals and repeat customers.
