Eden is amazing! She has in depth knowledge of pilates and the human anatomy. She pays detailed attention to form and adjusts the exercises to fit the need. My husband is using her as pilates instructor and I am using her as a massage therapist. We both feel we are in very professional hands! I have back issues and she knows exactly which areas need attention.

Jess has done wonders to increase the mobility and stability in my back. Not only has my pain decreased but my body feels leaner and more tone. I met Laurel while she was working at my local health club in Chicago over 12 years ago. She was very knowledgeable about the body and pilates. I certainly felt stronger after weekly private sessions with Laurel so I continued to see her regularly. After a few years I was pregnant with my 1st of 3 pregnancies. Laurel was the best exercise for me during those 3 years! I learned how to work hard while breathing properly in labor positions. I truly believe she was key to me delivering 3 babies without pain medications with the help of a midwife at Prentice Hospital. Birthing classes gave me the information, but Laurel actually helped me practice. She was always patient with me while we worked through aches and pains, yet always pushed me to challenge myself. I highly recommend Laurel to anyone, beginner to advanced, that needs a fantastic pilates instructor. .
I’ve been using Sarah for pilates instruction and all around fitness training. Her style is upbeat and encouraging. Her strengths are pinpointing certain muscle groups and she is great on technique. All around a fantastic trainer. Highly recommended.
Barre Body pilates is by far the best gym in the valley. I have tried many gyms and always get injured. Jassmine( the owner) is very knowledgeable and always makes corrections or modifications. She is upbeat, positive, great music and her classes are always different. You will never get bored with the same routine. She also offers a variety of classes such as pilates, TRX, just to name a few. My body has changed so much since I started. Furthermore, am excited everyday to workout instead of dreading it.. Barre Body Pilates ROCKS!!
Tricialee is an amazing, caring instructor. I have had her for both private and group Pilates classes, and I get an excellent workout. She’s so attentive and remembers where you’re at to give you personalized tips every time. Highly recommend!

I have been fortunate enough to have had Fleur as a Pilates trainer on a 1 to1 basis as well as in a group session for several years. Her expertise is outstanding. She has the unique ability to teach by example and give her students an understanding they may not have had before. Her sensitive and caring way helps develop a strong and special bond. Fleur is very aware of health issues and in her group classes addresses those needs with her clients. I am a senior and have had osteoporosis for many years. With Fluer's help I have been able to strengthen the areas of weakness in my body. There are many Pilates instructors, but none that can compare to Fleur. How lucky I am to have found her!
Linda has exceeded my expectations with her individualized Pilates sessions! I workout three times a week with Linda first thing in the morning, and saw results after three sessions. If I miss a session, I can feel and see it, both mentally and physically. During our sessions Linda helps me to feel comfortable while at the same time ensuring that my workout is challenging and effective. Linda does an excellent job of sharing her Pilates expertise. Finishing my pilates certification program which will end in December 2017/January 2018. I'm going through a 470 hour classical style pilates certification. I have experience teaching fitness and dance classes for over 5 years but group and private. I'm a professional dancer with 30 years dance experience, with over 10 years of healthcare background. I enjoyed pilates as a student and decided to make it my new career path. I'm patient, love helping people, and looking to start build my clientele.
