Eden is amazing! She has in depth knowledge of pilates and the human anatomy. She pays detailed attention to form and adjusts the exercises to fit the need. My husband is using her as pilates instructor and I am using her as a massage therapist. We both feel we are in very professional hands! I have back issues and she knows exactly which areas need attention.
I’ve taken several sessions with Spencer. First off, she looks the part. You can tell that she practice Pilates regularly and when you see her, you want to do whatever workout she does because she looks so fit and strong. She is so fun to workout out with and very motivating. I always feel challenged and she is always teaching me new exercises! She is the best.
I’ve been using Sarah for pilates instruction and all around fitness training. Her style is upbeat and encouraging. Her strengths are pinpointing certain muscle groups and she is great on technique. All around a fantastic trainer. Highly recommended.
Helene is a wonderful teacher!!! She has a true and deep knowledge of the Body and the Pilates discipline with a solid background. She will make you meet your body again. Even if I was exercising (barre, cross fit, fitness, other Pilates classes etc...) I realized how sometimes I was doing it wrong. Helen will make you feel complete conscious of what you are doing, and tho you can correct yourself and optimize your everyday movements, and you will exercise right! I get stronger, leaner and have no more back pain, and I use her advices everyday. Her studio is very cute, and her: charming et luminous!
I am so thrilled to have found Jackie! I’ve had 5 sessions so far and am truly seeing and feeling a difference in my strength and stamina. Her program is varied and FUN! So far we’ve done a combo of pilates reformer, trampoline, mat work, stretching, strength work - she’s even got me jumping rope! Jackie is a lovely person, a total pro, and her infectious smile and energy propels me through her challenging workouts. Five stars all around! :)
Brook is truly one of the best Pilates instructors in LA! I've been working with her for a couple years now, and have seen visible improvements in my strength and my muscle tone. She is a joy to workout with, and I never feel bored at all! I highly recommend working out with her!
Lisa is very professional and has been a great trainer. She is always modifying the workouts to fit my needs and prevent any exercises from becoming boring. She also is constantly looking up more exercises to meet what I want to be working on. She seamlessly transitioned my workouts from in the pool to indoor Pilates and yoga when it got too cold, and is helping me improve my flexibility slowly but surely.
The training at Zoe: A Pilates Studio is as good as it gets. The teachers are all well-trained in the method, addressing client injuries/limitations, and they have great instincts on when to add new exercises to the routine. I've had to accommodate several changes to my workouts over the years due to injury from other activities, and their guidance always keeps me moving and working out hard while protecting me from further injury. The studio space itself is very cool and there's ample space to work comfortably even with numerous clients in house.
Ada is fabulous. I'd never felt better or been in better shape than when I was taking Pilates classes with her! She'll push you, but she'll also provide modifications so that the class is possible for people at all levels.
Maddie has been very helpful in modifying exercises for a knee injury. She was instrumental in helping me lose weight and begin a fitness regime that enabled me to improve my blood glucose numbers so I am no longer prediabetic. Maddie is a good fit for any fitness level- she will take you from where you are at and maximize your potential .
Jennifer has tremendous knowledge and experience with Pilates and has been a fantastic trainer. I love that she has a dance background because as a former dancer myself, I have specific needs and get bored very easily. Our workouts are never the same and always tailored to match my needs for the day.

This review is for Rena - she has given me such fantastic one on one counseling and guidance with my form specific to my body and my limitations. I needed someone with her expertise and her patience to make pilates really worth it & work for my body. I've had two surgeries on my hips, weak knees and hyper-extension issues. Rena is the gal to go to!
Excellent Pilates workout, and overall core strengthening. Go twice a week, and my have lost inches, and have better muscle tone. Hour flies by too.
Having nearly 4 decades of regular workout experience that spans from youth / high school organized athletics to personal cardio, strength, daily stretching, I didnt really know what to expect when trying Pilates for the first time. I learned within the first 5 minutes of my first session with Jasmine how important it is to have an experienced trainer to get the most out a Pilates session and just to see how to properly use the apparatus! This coming from someone who has never used a personal trainer prior, and vowed to never need one prior to trying Pilates. Jasmine is extremely knowledgeable in classic Pilates and her calm, clear teaching technique shines. Ive had 2 sessions with her so far and have a 3rd booked. She was extremely in tune with me during each session focusing, most importantly, on making sure that Im using correct form to the best of my ability for each exercise to ensure Im getting the most out of each motion. Im an avid golfer as well and can already tell how the balance, strength and flexibility that Pilates can offer will help in preventing some of the nagging injuries that can occur from regular play.
