- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free estimates based on the scope of work, materials, site conditions, and installation requirements. Every project is different, so we provide clear and detailed pricing after evaluating the project. We focus on quality workmanship, proper preparation, and long-lasting results rather than competing on the lowest price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing your project, goals, and material preferences. When appropriate, we schedule an on-site visit to inspect the existing conditions, take measurements, and discuss the scope of work. We then provide a detailed estimate and answer any questions about the installation and materials. Once the project is approved, we coordinate scheduling, material selections, preparation, and installation while keeping the jobsite clean and organized throughout the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from more than 30 years in the tile and stone trade. We have extensive hands-on experience with tile installation, custom showers, bathroom remodeling, large-format porcelain, waterproofing, surface preparation, layout, and traditional mudwork methods. Our knowledge has been developed through years of hands-on work and experience in residential and contractor projects.
