Hired Randy for my home inspection. He is punctual and very thorough. He patiently explained me the process for inspection and properly explained any of my queries. He covered all the areas in house and provided a detail report. After the inspection I had queries on the report and he diligently explained me the report queries. Even few weeks after the inspection I had a query regarding the inspection and Randy was quick at getting back with answer. Randy arrived promptly as scheduled. He spent several hours doing a through inspection of our roof. By the next day he provided a report and certification. I will definitely contact Randy the next time that I need inspection services or other services that he can provide.
