FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each roof is different! That's why we offer free estimates to all our customers! We will come and inspect the home, take measurements of the roof, and assess any problem areas. Then you will receive your free estimate for either roof repairs or a new roof. We offer Senior Discounts and Discounts to our Veterans. We also have a referral program!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When called out to estimate a roofing project you can expect a courtesy phone call with an estimated time of arrival. Davis Roofing Group will inspect your roof and or problem areas. We will take several pictures to show you the damage to your roof. Then we will provide you with the right solution (based on your needs). We are not going to tell you that you need a new roof if you don't need one! If we can extend the life of your existing roof, we will provide you with that solution first. If your roof is past its life expectancy we will show you all the options you have for materials and colors.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You should always make sure your roofing contractor is licensed and insured! Never hire a roofing contractor that doesn't have an active license! We are licensed, bonded and insured. We carry a $2,000,000 Liability Insurance Policy. We also carry Workers Compensation Insurance on every employee. Most Roofing contractors don't carry Liability Insurance! Liability Insurance is Not a requirement for roofing contractors to carry! Why is Liability Insurance so important? What if one of those roofers fell through your roof, and caused a large amount of damage to the interior part of your home? Would you want that to be covered? What if you had a roofer repairing your roof, and had the roof torn apart to fix the problem areas and a rain storm came through and poured rain into your home? Would you want that to be covered? These are just two of the common reasons why Liability Insurance is so important!
