I could not have had a better experience than the one I received when working with Juan.
When we requested the original quote, he came out as soon as he could, and was very flexible with his time. The quote came within hours of taking the measurements, and the price was so good we agreed immediately.
The only problem he had was the flooring supplier and their delivery driver, but Juan made sure to get to the bottom of the problem and updated us with photos and any information he had as soon as he got it. After he got the answers he needed, he came back to us with a back up plan and went above and beyond to make sure there was no lapse in work getting done.
Everyone has been so happy with the work that Juan did in our office, that they have asked if he does residential as well because they would gladly hire him for their own homes.
(I was only able to select three items about what I liked, but I would choose all five if I could: Work Quality-Value-Professionalism-Punctuality-Responsiveness. 10/10 on all five of them!)
