Hired on Thumbtack
I had purchased a 1950s condo and the electrical in the unit needed to be replaced. Eric responded to my inquiry immediately and came out the following day for a job walk-thru and subsequent quote. He gave suggestions on the most efficient and economical way of doing the job. He was professional, knowledgeable and gave a much more reasonable estimate than two other contractors for the same job. Next time I need any electrical work done, Eric will be the first person I will call.

I rarely give 5 star ratings for anything. Here's how Eric earned it:
- Showing up on-time for all scheduled appointments - Actually showing up to my house to give an estimate (the other guys did not) - Excellent communication before, during, and after the job; he answered all my questions and was responsive through the Thumbtack site. He explained everything he was going to do, and after he finished the work he walked me through everything he did. - He matched the quote of another bidder who did not have a license (Eric does have a license and keeps it up to date) - He completed the work and did fine job (running a armored cable from my service panel, through my crawl space to the other side of the house and installing a outdoor outlet. - Super-nice guy. One of the nicest contractors I've met. Very friendly with my small children and polite and respectful to me and my wife. - This is how nice Eric is: after he finished the job he said "I quoted you $X, but would you be ok with $X - 20?" I was stunned...
Would definitely hire again!

Eric is professional, descriptive in his work, fair in pricing and on top of all, trustworthy. I am very happy that I hired him for my electric panel upgrade and EV charger installation. Will be happy to hire again in any future projects and highly recommend to anyone in need of an electrician.

Wonderful experience working with Eric and Divine. From start to finish, A+ rating. Would recommend him in a minute. Had new runs put in from the existing panel and re-routed the grounding wire. Easy to work with, clean and efficient.
Eric is a prompt and efficient worker. Excellent new source for electric work around the house. FOUND A NEW ELECTRICIAN AT REASONABLE RATES! Will call on him again!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
what customers should know about my pricing is that it's very competitive. my hourly rate is well below the market price compared to most electrical contractors. depending on the size of the job if it's pretty big I can give good discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
most of my process consists of listening to the customers concerns and providing a solution to those problems. after going to the walk through process I explain to them what solutions I have to offer, give them an estimated price. This allows me to gain confidence of the customer which awards me the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a current C10 licensed electrical contractor and I'm also state-certified
