FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
well I would make sure you trust the person first by interviewing them at a coffee shop to just to get to know the person you leaving your home or aptment. secondly, I would see how well they followed your instructions and if they slack in doing the chores or cleaning than I wouldn't pick that person again. I mean like is that person is honestly or not like for example if you noticed after the whole home inspections and you noticed something and you asked them to clean your fridge and its not clean and the person cannot give you a honest answer as in like" oh I was too busy cleaning other things on your list I couldn't have a chance to do that". I mean not a lot of times people can clean everything especially if its your first time having a house cleaner and I know sometimes dirt and dust sure build up and it take time to clean that one particular spot so I am not afraid to tell my client the truth if they ask.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I have couple clients told me that wow I do far beyond the work they leave me. like my clients would either call me ahead of time and tell me what they want me to do and not do and also to let me know where they setting the keys so when I go on the property I know how to get in.
