Ken came to the house after excusing himself for being a little late. To me, it doesn't matter if you are a little late as long as you call to let me know you are on your way. So I really appreciated the professionalism of calling. He was very nice, very respectful and did a full inspection of the house. I really liked his work ethics and attitude. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a termite inspection.Jun 10, 2019Verified
Termite Control Services
Ken just showed up today after we had a few dozen flying termite-looking bugs showed up on our interior wall last night. I vacuumed them and we called Acme. Ken identified them as harmless ants that must have somehow came in from outside. He gave us some good tips, no charge, now we know how to identify termites as well as what to do about other pests we have floating around here. Very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Also like the fact that Acme is able to repair termite damage afterward, something most others aren’t able to provide. Thanks Ken.Jul 7, 2018Verified

Happy with his work. I had quotes from several companies, and decided on ACME. Ken seemed very honest with high work ethics. He even offered to review reports from other companies to make sure he did not miss anything.Aug 29, 2016Verified
Termite and Pest Inspection
Estimate of repairs was done professionally. Repairs will be done within 2 weeks and there will not be any "start& stop" ..... Ken will come in and do the complete repairs before going to another job. Too often Contractors come in and work for a day or two, disappear for a day or two and then come back for a day or two. Ken is a professional. Ken starts a job and finishes it completely!Jul 24, 2016Verified
