My kitchen sink was over flowing and I called 2 plumbing companies before I decided on Slug Drains. Fredy came and gave me a free estimate for a snake job and it was reasonable. He reassured me that it would be done the same day. Not only was slug drains estimate the best so was the service they provided. Very clean and efficient. Definitely, will contact again if needed. I cannot stress enough how amazing Freddy, and the whole Slug Drains team are. We have had so many nightmare experiences with other plumbers doing bad work, being unresponsive, unprofessional, dishonest, etc. Freddy and his team are the exact opposite. You can always count on him to get back to you in a timely manner. He is always positive, professional, honest, and really knows his craft. He has helped us out in a few emergency situations as well. After working with Freddy and the Slug Drain team on one of our mixed-use properties by USC we decided that we will continue to use him and the Slug Drain team on all our commercial buildings.
