- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price I quote is all inclusive of tax, gas, & any other extra fees. Meals & lodging for the driver assigned to your group must be provided. The cost of meals and lodging is not included in the estimate. Meals must be provided at all times when the driver is on duty with the group. Lodging must be provided only in areas outside of Los Angeles.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am in personal contact with you from beginning to end whether its regarding payment, changes to the reservation for locations or time extensions, changes to the vehicle due to an increase/decrease in passenger count, all available even at the last minute for all our reservation specialists. All reservation specialists will be available via phone, text, or any social media app you prefer to be in contact with past normal business hours. I am the English speaking reservation specialist but we also have specialists that speak Español, 中文, 한국어.
