My first time hiring a charterbus. Hired the bus for a Kiwanis Club event. Experience was very positive. Driver was waiting for us, got us to the event on time, and got us back home timely. I will definitely use LA Coach for our future charterbus needs.

Our group has been using LA Coach Charter service for number of years. We had number of drivers in the past who drove us, and we were always, 100% satisfied with how safely they got us to the destination (and back!). Every driver we had were courteous, kind, and helpful. When we had to contact the main office or representatitve, we could get in touch with them to make sure our reservations were going well in place. They would make their best efforts to accommodate to our requests.Bus conditions were always impeccable; clean seats, aisles, and window area.

Tae Jeong was amazing rep. Because of a last minute mixed up from another company we had no bus. Called this company and Tae from LA Coach was able to help me get a bus with only 4 days to go for our trip. He gave us a great deal oppose to other companies. The drivers assigned to us were amazing. KEVIN one of our drivers was an awesome person with great personality , great driving and service from both of them. They were on time, and communicated frequently with any suggestions and to see if we were good. Will be our go to Bus company for our future trips ..

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price I quote is all inclusive of tax, gas, & any other extra fees.
Meals & lodging for the driver assigned to your group must be provided. The cost of meals and lodging is not included in the estimate.
Meals must be provided at all times when the driver is on duty with the group. Lodging must be provided only in areas outside of Los Angeles.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am in personal contact with you from beginning to end whether its regarding payment, changes to the reservation for locations or time extensions, changes to the vehicle due to an increase/decrease in passenger count, all available even at the last minute for all our reservation specialists. All reservation specialists will be available via phone, text, or any social media app you prefer to be in contact with past normal business hours.
I am the English speaking reservation specialist but we also have specialists that speak Español, 中文, 한국어.
