When requesting a quote San Augustin Landscape went above and beyond by providing a landscape design prototype right away without even requesting one. Pricing was also very competitive. I was very impressed.

Robert was great. But then basically ghosted us which is weird. We are pretty laid back weren't in a rush to get the job done. He came and did work for us a few days. Very nice. explained things well. Got the job done but never returned any of our further calls or communications.

San Agustín landscape did a fantastic job on my property. They took their time to make my yard look wonderful. I got synthetic grass and DG with drought tolerant plants. My yard looks great and my lawn looks real!

I initially scheduled time for Rob to give me a quote on my sprinkler issue for 8am. He never showed, and after contacting him, he had got it confused with 8pm. Ok, that was an honest mistake. Then we met, he provided a quote, and he was supposed to get back to me if he couldn't complete the work that same day. He never started that day. After contacting him, he would perform the work the following Monday. He never came on Monday. I called and texted mutiple times over the next two days and never recieved any reply. To this day, never recieved any contact from him. That is no way to treat your customers.
