Jr. is incredibly KNOWLEDGEABLE! I initially hired him to fix my leaking water heater and a hissing toilet, but within just a few minutes of speaking with him, I realized how skilled and experienced he truly is. Not only did he complete the work efficiently, but he also took the time to explain what needed to be done and why, which I really appreciated. Working on my 100-year-old home, he expertly replaced pipes, ensured the water flowed properly, brought my water heater up to code, and even serviced my wall heater—thoroughly cleaning it and making sure it functioned safely. He also fixed my toilet without any issues. What amazed me most was that two other people had struggled to figure out how to turn on the gas in the house, yet Jr. had no problem at all. Thanks to him, several critical systems in my home are now running smoothly. His expertise, professionalism, and problem-solving skills are unmatched. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a reliable plumber!
