If Thumbtack allowed, I would have rated high marks in all five areas, including punctuality and value. This company really scores high in all areas. Extremely professional. Cleaned up after themselves and maintained cleanliness throughout the process. Their price was reasonable. They communicated with me when they were on their way and during the plumbing repair process. I would definitely hire them again.

Anthony visited my home the day before the work and went over the details of the work. He met me at Home Depot and helped me buy all the parts. He did his work sincerely and professionally. Our pricing is upfront and flat rate. We provide discounts to senior citizens and military personnel.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After making the initial contact via phone or email, a Right Time Rooter technician makes an appointment to go the location. An assessment of the need is made, potential solutions are given then, pricing and length of time are discussed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With my years of experience has given me the best possible training there is in the business. I have been training in some of the state of the art new products such as pipe bursting, to liners, to leak detection. I have successfully participated in seminars on customer service; personal development, leadership, and how to deal with clients that are upset and turn them into raving fans.
