- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in clear, transparent pricing with no surprises. Our standard service rate is $185 per hour, not including parts. For after-hours and emergency services (anything after 5:00 PM), our rate is $240 per hour, also not including parts. Before any work begins, we always review the scope and pricing with you so you feel confident moving forward. We also offer a referral program — if you refer someone and we’re hired for the job, you’ll receive 15% off your next service. The more you refer, the more you save.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by understanding the issue — either through a quick call or message. From there, we schedule a visit and provide a clear, honest assessment of the problem. Before any work begins, we walk you through the solution and pricing so there are no surprises. Once approved, we complete the job efficiently and make sure everything is tested, clean, and working properly before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured in the state of California. Our experience comes from years of hands-on field training in plumbing systems, diagnostics, and backflow testing. We stay up to date with current codes, safety standards, and best practices to ensure every job is done correctly and up to regulation.
