I’d like to introduce myself. My name is Juan Balleza and I’m a new business owner. I have worked in construction for 12+ years. I recently acquired my contractor’s license in 2024 and I am eager to begin working and build new relationships with my customers. Juan and the crew are great. They communicate well, they were understanding and game for all my crazy last minute and mid-job changes, they charge a fair rate, they work hard and do a good job, and just generally are good people. I had an extensive remodel with various work all over the house, and they took it piece by piece, checking in with me along the way, and we are super happy with the result!
