Thank you so much for taking the time to review my services. I appreciate your business and am very sorry you were not entirely happy with the work I did. I make it my business to take full responsibility for my work and wish you would have shared your opinion with me when I asked you if there was anything else you would like me to do or anything I may have missed. I let you know I wanted to make sure and do things the way you wanted them done, I wish you would have talked to me about your concerns. I am not in the business to take people's money without performing to the best of my ability and meeting all of their needs/requests. I truly listened to you as you walked me around the home and made note of the items you focused on, I worked hard and diligently while I was in your home. The estimate of $75-80 was made as an estimate over the phone. I charged $120 because there was a lot more work to be done once I was able to see the home, and you specifically told me you would be happy to pay whatever I thought was a fair price. It took 5 hours to clean your home because I was making sure to be thorough and clean it to the best of my ability. I have cleaned much larger homes with great outcome and happy clients, so it is unfortunate we had this major miscommunication. As I said, I appreciate your time, I only wish you would have talked to me about your concerns so I could have had the opportunity to remedy the situation.
