Simmitri provided us with a solution for all of our solar and roofing needs. They also had their energy engineer conduct a comprehensive energy assessment to discover why our bills where so high, which no other company could do. They even did this at no cost as part of the project, which took them a whole day! They found our pool pump was faulty and our entertainment center was pulling a lot of juice when not in use. They fixed both problems and installed a smaller solar system which feed up money to make addional energy improvements like adding insulation. They also found a small gas leak in my furnace. The roofing, rain gutter and solar install was seamless and the warranties are far better than any others out there. Oh ya and they give 1 copper rain chain for free with their gutter installs. We didn’t have to coordinate a bunch of different companies to get everything we wanted which saved us a bunch of time and headaches. Everyone at simmitri was a complete joy to work with. Thank you Simmitri!

Top end of the price spectrum for average service. Simmitri did not show up for the first appointment and only let me know after I texted them that they cannot make it that day. I had moved my calendar to accomodate them for nothing. I highly recommend that you get competing offers. Simmitri was the highest of the offers that I got. I had competing offers at about 60% of the price. I had anticipated that they would fully remove the old gutter at this price and as the contract stated but instead they did the same job that the 2 other contractors I had bids from proposed. Why 2 and not 1 star you ask? The gutter that Simmitri used does match the existing gutter on my house really well and they were pretty fast once they did show up. Overall, I will not hire them again though.

  Simmitri is a GAF Master Elite Certified Roofing Contractor, representing the top 3% in the Nation. Our solar division is Managed by the 2nd generation CEO, Jonathan Garcia, who has a degree in Environmental Studies and Alternative Energy. Jonathan also has 20 years experience in the solar industry, has been certified by the Building Performance Institute (BPI) and hold several certificates from major Solar manufactures. Our gutter installers have extensive experience installing gutters. They are managed by Gus Renteria who has worked over 20 years as a professional rain gutter installer. He is actively involved on each installation.
