Ask for Albert!! They came out the next morning to diagnose a leak in my washing machine that I couldn’t find. He ordered the part and only had to schedule for the following week because it was the day before Thanksgiving. Albert arrived at 9:00 exactly the first time, and with a 9a-12p arrival window for the follow up. He texted me when 30 minutes away and showed up exactly 30 minutes later. After the diagnostic, Albert charged me their full service fee, which would be applied to my final bill on repair. 5 minutes after he left he knocked on my door and said he realized that he charged $10 too much (discount for booking through Thumbtack) and handed me a $10 bill… that’s INTEGRITY! (I wouldn’t have noticed). He was cool, calm, and professional both times. I’m not sure if they were more expensive than another technician but they did 5 Stars in my book.

They were responsive and showed up within the time window. The service was prompt and professional andthe work was done in a clean manner. The repair was completed the same day and original parts wereused to replace a washing machine pump that was failing. Hopefully they are still around the next time I need something fixed.
