I heard this company to check my refrigerator it was not getting cold, Arturo arrived on time was very professional and got to work. He serviced my refrigerator and is now getting cold. Pricing depends on the appliance, the problem, parts required, and the amount of labor involved. I believe in being transparent about pricing and discussing the repair cost with the customer before moving forward. Any applicable service or diagnostic fees are explained upfront.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first speak with the customer to understand the appliance problem and gather information about the make and model. I then inspect and diagnose the appliance, explain the issue and repair options, and provide pricing before completing the work. After the repair, I test the appliance to make sure everything is working properly
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is primarily hands-on and focused on appliance diagnostics, electrical and mechanical components, troubleshooting, and repair. I continue to learn about new appliance models and technologies so I can provide quality service.
