I reached out to Alex his morning to install our new stove top in our kitchen. He responded right away and here as promised. it took a little time seeing he had to uninstall an old stove from over 40 years and installed the new one. The job was done excellently and we will call him again when needed. Thank you Alex!!

Knowledgable and quick! He was able to come the next day of my request. Alex was super quick to find the issue with my Bosch dryer and replace a broken part in 30 minutes. He gave me advice on how to avoid it breaking in the future. 

He was even kind enough to ask if I had any other issues with my other appliances. I mentioned something in my fridge that he quickly solved at no extra cost. 

Would work with Alex again any day!

Getting an appointment was fast and easy. Alex was able to come that very evening while the official Bosch serviceman told meet earliest would be a week. Once he assessed what was ailing my Bosch 500 series washer, he gave a quote before proceeding with the work. What we didn't know was there was a secondary issue after the first issue was fixed. He tirelessly worked until he got the machine working properly. I felt so bad he had to stay so late. Alex was trustworthy, clearly very knowledgable and what more he called me the next day to ensure the washing machine was working properly. Can't beat that kind of a service! I'll be calling Alex for all my appliances issues

Alex is awesome! Amazingly quick response to my inquiry and came the same day to take a look at my dishwasher. I need to get a new one but he patiently explained the exact issue and costed out a new one vs a repair. This is the sort of person you can trust.

I have been very happy with the service I have received from Alex. I had an old Sub Zero fridge that was acting up and he found the problem and fixed it and stood by his work. 
After the large repair, a few adjustments needed to be made and he was happy to do them. I recommend this guy for your refrigerator needs. He is very responsive.
